DESCRIPTION: Consultancy services to provide training on International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) for Oshakati Town Council employees, including finance staff and Heads of Departments/Divisions. The assignment includes a training needs assessment, IPSAS-aligned training programme, training materials, practical case studies using Council financial data, attendance records and participant certificates. Proposals must be submitted in separate technical and financial envelopes by hard copy.
