DESCRIPTION: NAMCOR invites quotations for a two-day ethical leadership training retreat for its 35-member leadership team. The training is to cover practical leadership and management, ethical decision-making and integrity, corporate governance, and building an ethical workplace culture. The venue should ideally be within 150 km outside Windhoek; NAMCOR may provide participant accommodation if required. The service includes venue, training, meals and stationery, facilitator fees, and facilitator travel and per diem. Completion is required within three weeks after acceptance or issue of the purchase order.
