REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ)

DESCRIPTION: Supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of a fire detection and suppression system for the server room. The schedule specifies one fire detection and suppression system sized to 3 x 3 x 3 m, plus installation and commissioning. Delivery is stated as 30 days after contract signing; another contract provision refers to delivery within 30 days of the purchase order. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the bid box at Otjozondjupa Regional Council headquarters, 22 Henk Willems Street, new building, ground floor, Block B.
