DESCRIPTION: Request for quotations for a 36-month time-based contract to supply, install, operate, maintain and support vehicle tracking, fleet telematics and controlled remote immobilisation services for the Development Bank of Namibia’s fleet of eight vehicles. Scope includes GPS devices and installation, a secure web-based fleet management platform, real-time tracking, trip and driver-behaviour reporting, geofencing and alerts, remote immobilisation, hosting, licensing, maintenance, device replacement, 24/7 support, fleet advisory and theft-recovery coordination. Nationwide coverage is required. Submit sealed quotations to the DBN SME Centre, Mezzanine Floor, Freedom Plaza 1990 Building, Rev Michael Scott Street, Windhoek by 20 November 2026 at 12:00.
