REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

DESCRIPTION: The University of Namibia invites quotations for hostel renovations and air-conditioning installation at its Southern Campus in Keetmanshoop. Works include roof and ceiling replacement, external painting, electrical and plumbing upgrades, outdoor and entertainment-area improvements, landscaping and interlocking, roller shutters, outdoor CCTV and signage, and installation of two 18,000 BTU air conditioners in nursing lecture rooms. The works are scheduled for completion within 30 days after acceptance and issue of the purchase order. A compulsory site meeting is scheduled for 5 November 2026 at 10:00 at Kronlein Campus, Keetmanshoop. Quotations must be deposited in the tender box at the University of Namibia Administration Building, Main Campus, Ground Floor, by the closing deadline.
