DESCRIPTION: Renovation works for the Uis Clinic call room in Omaruru District, Erongo Region. The work includes removal and replacement of building finishes, roofing, doors and windows, painting, brickwork, joinery, sanitary fittings, plumbing, drainage and related fixtures, as detailed in the bill of quantities. Works are to be completed within three months after acceptance and issue of the purchase order. Compulsory site visits apply.
