REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR NON-CONSULTANCY SERVICES (TIME-BASED)

DESCRIPTION: Provision of monthly support, standby and preventative maintenance services for WinBranch and point-of-sale systems at 15 NAMCOR retail sites. Scope includes 24/7/365 unlimited remote support, Windows and WinBranch updates, warranty and asset lifecycle management, yearly WinBranch licence renewals, and project support on request. The contract period is 12 months after acceptance or issue of the Purchase Order. Bids must be deposited in the bid box or delivered to NAMCOR Head Office in Windhoek; email submissions are not accepted.
