DESCRIPTION: Oshakati Town Council invites quotations for the custom development, design, implementation, training, maintenance and technical support of an on-premises taxi/public transport registration system. Scope includes operator and vehicle registration, approval workflows, permits and renewals, fines and payment tracking, vehicle inspections, a public verification portal, reporting, data migration, training, documentation and ongoing support. The price schedule also lists one printer and one desktop with monitor. Intended completion is 60 days.
