DESCRIPTION: Consultancy services to plan, organise, coordinate and facilitate a full-day corporate team-building event for approximately 102 Oshakati Town Council councillors, management and employees. The programme is to promote teamwork, communication, collaboration, leadership, problem-solving, conflict management, emotional intelligence, motivation and the Council’s corporate identity. The service provider must supply agreed facilitation materials and equipment, lead reflection sessions, and submit a final report. The event venue is stated as Ngandu Hotel and Casino in Rundu. The proposal requires separate technical and financial envelopes; the financial proposal is to include venue and breakfast and lunch.
