INFORMAL QUOTATION (IQ)
DESCRIPTION: The Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy invites quotations for four priced schedule items covering three certificates: two one-year RapidSSL domain-validated wildcard certificates for mme.gov.na and mime.gov.na, and one combined DigiCert Basic OV certificate for Kaspersky ASAP On-Premise that includes the stated SAN coverage. The supplier is to arrange certificate ordering, validation, issuance and reissues, provide certificate files and chain, portal access, reminders and remote technical support. Ministry staff perform installation and DNS changes. Quotations may be submitted in a sealed envelope to the PMU quotation/bid box at 6 Aviation Road, Ground Floor, Windhoek, by post or hand delivery, and quotations by email are also accepted. Closing is 23 October 2026 at 10:00. The document requires company registration, tax and social security good-standing evidence, affirmative-action compliance evidence or an applicable alternative, a signed bid-securing declaration and labour undertaking, plus company profile and evidence of similar service experience with customer references.
