REQUEST FOR SEALED QUOTATIONS FOR WORKS (RFQ)

DESCRIPTION: Oshakati Town Council seeks a contractor to erect eleven double-parking shade nets and one four-parking shade net at Erf 561, Oshakati West (Council Flats). The contractor must provide materials, excavate and cast pole footings, install white 100 mm diameter, 3 mm thick round-tube poles with corrosion protection, and install grey HDPE shade cloth with 80/90 UV protection in a dome-cantilever design. Site clean-up and monitoring during the defects liability period are included. The stated completion period is two months after the purchase order. Bids must be submitted as hard copies and registered at the PMU office before placement in the bid box.
