DESCRIPTION: NamPower invites quotations for a three-year, call-out-based maintenance contract at Van Eck Power Station. Four lots are available: HVAC; plumbing; renovations and minor civil works; and access control and electronic security systems. Bidders may apply for individual lots or all lots, subject to qualification. Each lot is evaluated separately and awarded to one bidder.

SITE MEETING / VISIT: Compulsory pre-bid clarification meeting at NamPower, Van Eck Power Station, 154 Hosea Kutako Drive, Northern Industries, Windhoek, on 12 November 2026 at 15:00. Attendance is mandatory. Bidders must bring a hard helmet and safety shoes; a breathalyser test and signed indemnity form are required for site access.
