DESCRIPTION: The Development Bank of Namibia seeks a facilitator to design and deliver a structured team-building intervention for approximately 130 employees. The work includes programme planning and approval, interactive facilitation covering teamwork, communication, trust, leadership, resilience, emotional intelligence, change and conflict management, participant feedback and a completion report within 14 working days after the intervention. The service provider must provide an itemised quotation and all proposed materials and logistics.
