REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

DESCRIPTION: Three-month non-consultancy services procurement in three lots: pumping septic tanks and removing sludge at Ombili Clinic; refuse removal and septic-tank pumping at Otjozondu Clinic; and septic-tank pumping and sludge removal at Mangetti Dune Health Centre. The schedules list 30 m³ for pumping an old septic tank and 28 m³ for a new septic tank in Lot 1; Lot 2 lists five bins for refuse removal and 110 m³ for septic-tank pumping; Lot 3 lists 100 m³ for septic-tank pumping. Quotations are to be submitted in a sealed envelope. The supplier must dispose of waste at designated sites and have access to a suitable pump with a minimum 2.5 m³ tank mounted on a chassis and wheels.
