REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) – WORKS
DESCRIPTION: Provision of non-destructive testing services to inspect weld repairs on crane structures at the Port of Walvis Bay, as and when requested by NAMPORT’s welding team. The RFQ includes weld inspection preparation, ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic particle inspection, technician labour rates, consumables and retesting. Inspection methods will be advised when each service is requested. The contractor must provide inspection results verbally on site and submit a full report within two working days after the overall project is completed. Completion is stated as two weeks after acceptance or issue of a Purchase Order.

SUBMISSION LOCATION: Submit electronically by email to rfq@namport.com.na. Quotations must be in PDF format; each submitted document must not exceed 10 MB. Post and hand delivery are not accepted.
SITE MEETING / VISIT: A site visit can be arranged upon supplier request.
