DESCRIPTION: Supply and delivery of 45,000 kg of mechanically deboned chicken meat (MDM) over 36 months. Delivery is on request after the purchase order or letter of acceptance, to Meatco Windhoek Abattoir. Product requirements include 15 kg packaging, Halaal approval, delivery temperature of -18°C, specified microbiological and chemical standards, and at least six months of shelf life remaining upon delivery. A DVS-approved MDM import permit is mandatory.
