DESCRIPTION: Proposed alterations, renovations and additions to the NamPost office at Shop 21, Goreangab Mall, Windhoek. Works include office partitioning and counters, a storeroom, banking hall, customer waiting area, kitchenette and toilet, plus painting, plumbing and drainage, ironmongery, metalwork, tiling, carpentry and joinery, and electrical and mechanical installations. Bidders are directed to the bills of quantities and supporting annexures for installation details. The stated completion period is 30 days after acceptance and issue of the purchase order; the special conditions also state one (2) months after purchase order.
