DESCRIPTION: NamPost seeks an external consultant or facilitator to diagnose needs, design and deliver psychological safety leadership group coaching and training for 10 managers and supervisors in its Financial Services Department. Deliverables include in-person sessions, a participant training guide or workbook, and certificates of attendance. The desired delivery period is November–December 2026; the completion period is five days after issue and acceptance of the purchase order. Electronic submissions are accepted.
