REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

DESCRIPTION: The Development Bank of Namibia invites quotations for comprehensive pest control and integrated pest management services at all DBN premises for 36 months under a time-based contract. Scope includes monthly inspections, monitoring and preventative treatments; control of rodents and other listed pests; installation and maintenance of traps and monitoring equipment; emergency call-outs within 24–48 hours; approved chemical use and safety documentation; monthly service reports and bi-annual pest trend analysis. Submit a sealed quotation to the specified DBN Operations Office bid box in Windhoek. Email submissions will not be accepted.
