DESCRIPTION: NamPower invites sealed quotations for works to convert an open area into a gymnasium at its Engineering Centre, Erf 204, Industria Street, Lafrenz Industrial Area. The scope includes demolition and alterations, partitions, painting, flooring, sanitary fittings and showers, lockers, glazing, electrical fittings, smoke detectors, and air-conditioning. The works are to be completed within three months after acceptance and issue of the purchase order. Drawings show alternative layout options.
