REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR NON-CONSULTANCY SERVICES

DESCRIPTION: Ondangwa Town Council invites quotations for partitioning the exhibition hall at the Ondangwa Trade & Industrial Exhibition (OTIE), held 23 April–1 May 2027. The service includes setting up 55 white 3m x 3m stalls, each with a fascia name board, 10-litre refuse bin, two lights, power point and mat or carpet, followed by dismantling after the event. The contractor is to be on site from 19 April 2027 and complete partitioning by 22 April 2027. Submit the quotation to the Ondangwa Town Council Cash Hall bid box by 27 November 2026 at 10:00.
