DESCRIPTION: Erection of an electric fence at Erf 561, Oshakati West (Council Flats). The contractor must supply materials and install 73 intermediate posts, eight lines of branded aluminium wire, an A1-zone security energiser with 8,000–12,000-volt output and backup battery, tensioners and insulators, at least three copper-coated earth spikes, and warning signs every 10 metres along the boundary wall. Works also include site clean-up, a structural certificate of compliance, and monitoring during the defects liability period. The stated completion period is two months after purchase order; the quotation letter elsewhere refers to completion within 90 days.
