DESCRIPTION: Provision of Consultancy Service to Conduct a Stakeholder and Customer Satisfaction Levels Survey on behalf of CRAN. The survey aims to assess brand awareness, stakeholder perception (including brand equity, value of the brand, and corporate reputation), and stakeholder satisfaction levels. The project requires qualitative and quantitative research approaches with a recommended sample size of 1,000 participants (online questionnaires) covering external and internal stakeholders. The entire project is to be completed within six (6) weeks after receipt of the purchase order from CRAN.
