DESCRIPTION: Consulting services for pre-feasibility and full feasibility studies, detailed civil and structural designs, technical documentation, procurement support, contract management and construction supervision for upgrading the Etosha Ecological Institute and Research Camp at Okaukuеjo, Etosha National Park. The assignment covers institutional facilities, laboratories, veterinary facilities, accommodation, campsites, ablution facilities, utilities, drainage, sewerage, maintenance workshop works and related infrastructure. The technical proposal is evaluated on a quality-only basis, with no financial proposal submitted with the technical proposal.
