DESCRIPTION: Short-term consultancy to independently review, validate, refine and finalise the draft SACU Regional Framework for Trade Digitalisation and Digital Transformation and its associated Implementation Roadmap. The assignment includes four deliverables over four weeks: an inception report, a technical review and validation report, a consolidated comments and recommendations matrix, and a final technical review and quality assurance report.
