DESCRIPTION: The Municipality of Walvis Bay invites quotations for repair works to the weight-bridge at its landfill site. Scope includes boxing off the bridge to prevent concrete ingress, breaking down the existing concrete beam, preparing side formwork, applying anti-corrosion coating to existing steel, supplying and fitting 50 x 50 x 4 mm angle iron, supplying and welding lugs, casting a 35 MPa concrete beam with float finish, and disposing of rubble.
