DESCRIPTION: Servicing, repair, preventive maintenance, testing, commissioning and replacement of applicable parts and components for generator sets at health facilities in the Ohangwena Region for 36 months. The procurement is divided into lots covering facilities in Eenhana, Engela, Omundudu, Onarnghulo, Okatope, Okongo, Omauni, Onamafila and related areas.

CLOSING DATE: 16 October 2026 at 10h00

SUBMISSION LOCATION: Eenhana

DELIVERY ADDRESS: Ohangwena Regional Council, 113 Church Street, Reception Area, Private Bag 88001, Eenhana, Namibia. Bids are to be deposited directly into the bid box.

SITE MEETING / VISIT: No site meeting is required. Bidders are encouraged, but not required, to inspect the generator sites and equipment.

DOCUMENT FEE / LEVY: NS100.00, non-refundable

HOW TO OBTAIN: The complete bidding document may be obtained from the Ohangwena Regional Council Finance Division upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NS100.00, with the original payment receipt attached to the bid. The document is also stated to be available from the e-GP portal.
