DESCRIPTION: Construction of municipal services comprising a sewer rising main for Outapi Proper in Outapi. The works include site establishment, survey and setting out, clearing and grubbing, construction of approximately 3,900 m of 250 mm uPVC sewer rising main, excavation and backfilling, connection to the existing oxidation pond or wastewater treatment works, sewer pump station civil, structural and electrical works, security fencing, testing, commissioning, cleaning and finishing. Intended completion is 150 days from the start date or project site handover.

SUBMISSION LOCATION: Outapi

DELIVERY ADDRESS: Outapi Town Council, Procurement Management Unit, P.O. Box 853, Outapi, Namibia. Bids must be delivered by hand in a sealed envelope and deposited in the Outapi Town Council tender box; electronic bidding is not permitted.

SITE MEETING / VISIT: Non-compulsory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Friday, 2 October 2026 at 09:00 at Outapi Town Council.

DOCUMENT FEE / LEVY: N$300.00, non-refundable; payment by cash.
