Who we are
PMR Printing Studio CC, trading as Printing Studio, is a Namibian supplier of printing consumables. We have been in business since 2022 and we are the sole importer and distributor of OWA in Namibia, with our main branch in Windhoek and a second branch in Swakopmund.

We supply government ministries, regional councils, schools and private businesses with quality-certified, cost effective toner and ink, backed by the HP SecuReuse program, local stock, technical support and a recycling programme.

Our goal is to be a leading provider of high-quality imaging products and solutions in Namibia, guided by five values: integrity, quality, sustainability, customer service, and diversity and respect.
What we do

A full range of remanufactured toner cartridges for HP laser printers and multifunction devices, fitted with HP SecuReuse chips. We are the sole importer and distributor in Namibia.

Why OWA
OWA is a remanufactured range fitted with HP chips. It is not a compatible, generic, counterfeit or replica but remanufactured for sustainability and eco-friendly purposes, and we state this on every quote and supporting document.

● Government certification: the OWA range of HP laser consumables holds SITA Technology Certificate Periph 4603 (Peripherals specification v2.44). It is a South African government certificate, and we use it as evidence that the range meets recognized government standards.
● Performance: OWA is engineered to match or exceed OEM performance and is tested from concept to finished product. The products carry ISO yield-testing certification (ISO/IEC 19752 and ISO/IEC 19798), held at product level through the manufacturer. Test data and site certifications are available on request.
● Warranty: the OWA manufacturer backs the range with lifetime warranty, and PMR replaces faulty cartridges at its own cost. Average return rate: below 0.5%.
● Sustainability: remanufacturing reduces the printing footprint. PMR has a recycler in place for spent cartridges and is a 2026 Full Member of the Recycle Namibia Forum.
● Supplier authority: PMR is the sole importer and distributor of OWA in Namibia under a licence for Namibia granted by our supplier, Enviro Print Solutions (EPS).
