The Namibia Sports Commission Mandate is to:
Manage and control the Sports Development Fund in an accountable, efficient manner;
1. Coordinate, control, develop and foster sports;
2. Ensure proper administration of national sporting bodies;

3. Ensure opportunities for sports are made available to all people throughout Namibia;

1. To increase the NSC’s resource mobilization targets to at least cover budgetary requirements, and to efficiently allocate resources based on identified needs.
