Mandate: To provide, maintain and ensure quality services within the area of jurisdiction to all inhabitants as prescribed in the relevant legislation.
Vision: The Council aims to provide quality services, create conducive environment for investors and to become a tourism and educational hub.
Core Values: The Council identified a number of core values. This is values that are central to activities of the Council. In fact, the Council views these values as the guiding principle of its activities and it deems them to be crucial for the performance of all activities of the Council.
