DESCRIPTION: Application of reinforced plastomeric bitumen polymer waterproofing membrane at the University of Namibia Main Campus Gym Hall and Old Hostel C-Block. Works include removing existing membranes, preparing screeds, applying primer and two membrane layers, installing gussets, flashing and aluminium flat bars, and clearing and protecting downpipes. Works are to be completed within 30 days after acceptance and issue of the purchase order.
