REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ)

DESCRIPTION: The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform invites quotations for a multiple-contract procurement of publication, media, printing and related services for a stated period of 36 months (three years). Scope includes publication of vacancies and media releases; radio broadcasting; livestreaming, videography, documentary and short-video production; tent setup; printing of reports, booklets and promotional materials; banners and signs; ministry and vehicle branding; and mobile out-of-home advertising. The price schedule covers Years 1–3. Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the designated bid box in Windhoek.
