DESCRIPTION: Supply, delivery and installation of five prefabricated guardhouses at NamPower sites countrywide. Works include site clearing and preparation, transport, sewer drainage, concrete supports and foundations, water tank stands and tanks, shade ports, and associated fittings. Quotations are submitted per site meeting attended. Works are to be completed within six months.

SUBMISSION LOCATION: NamPower Centre, Quotation/Tender Box at the entrance foyer, Windhoek

DELIVERY ADDRESS: Various NamPower sites countrywide, as listed in the bidding document.

SITE MEETING / VISIT: Compulsory site meetings: Ruacana Airport, 16 November 2026, 12:00–13:00; Efundja Substation, 17 November, 10:00–11:00; Okongo Substation, 17 November, 14:00–15:00; Rundu Substation, 18 November, 10:00–11:00; Shiyambi Substation, 18 November, 14:00–15:00. Bidders may submit quotations only for sites whose meetings they attended.
