DESCRIPTION: Maintenance and testing of TransNamib’s three medium-voltage substations in Windhoek, comprising eight power transformers. Scope includes switchgear and breaker servicing, transformer testing and cleaning, oil sampling, protection relay and CT/VT analysis, reporting, and a technical workshop with on-the-job skills transfer. Findings-driven corrective works include a protection relay, approximately 2 m of PEX cable, and a Bus Tie Unit replacement, subject to TransNamib approval. Quotations are to be submitted in a sealed envelope; email submissions are not accepted.
