DESCRIPTION: Re-advertised procurement for the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of a digital multifunctional multi-copy printer for the Game Products Trust Fund, together with cartridges, maintenance and servicing for five years. The printer is to be procured, not hired. Required equipment includes colour copying and printing, network scanning, duplexing, document feeding, A3 paper trays, hard-drive storage, touch-panel controls and electronic sorting. Delivery, installation and commissioning are required within 30 calendar days from the purchase order or letter of acceptance. Maintenance and usage-based copy/scan charges apply over the five-year period.
