DESCRIPTION: Minor renovation works on the CEOs’ Floor at the NamPost Headquarters in Windhoek. Scope includes preparing and painting 80 m² of interior walls (paint colour code Winter Dusk 8730-1), removing 36 m² of existing floor covering and installing 36 m² of new tiles, installing 24 m of skirting and 24 m of tile edging, servicing and repairing one double aluminium door, and servicing one air-conditioning unit. A compulsory site inspection is scheduled for 10 November 2026 at 10:30 at NamPost Head Office, Independence Avenue, second floor, CEO’s office. Works are to be completed within 30 days after acceptance and issue of the purchase order.
