REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

DESCRIPTION: Supply and delivery of laboratory consumables for the Namibian Standards Institution Testing Centre – Chemistry Section, Part 7, over three years. Annual quantities are to be supplied in one consignment per year, with annual purchase orders and fixed prices for the three-year period. The Annex 1 schedule includes calibration reference materials and standards, water-activity calibration consumables, sea sand, Kjeldahl tablets, sodium hydroxide, weighing paper, sodium metabisulfite and phosphoric acid. Delivery is required within two weeks of a purchase order or letter of acceptance.

SUBMISSION LOCATION: NSI Head Office, No. 37 Sir Seretse Khama Street, Windhoek
