DESCRIPTION: Supply, implementation and delivery of a cloud-based/hosted PABX and unified communications solution for the Port of Walvis Bay and Port of Lüderitz. Scope includes replacement of existing PABX systems, IP telephone handsets and licensing, migration and porting of existing numbers and extensions, SIP trunking, Microsoft 365 integration, call management, recording, reporting, redundancy, testing, commissioning, training and ongoing support. The listed service term is three years (36 months), with minimum user capacities of 600 at Walvis Bay and 150 at Lüderitz.
