DESCRIPTION: Request for catering for seven panel members attending interviews at the National Library on 3–4 November 2026. The schedule includes morning tea and lunch for seven people per day over two days, plus 28 bottles of 500 ml water. Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the quotation/bid box at First Floor, Room 108, Government Office Park, Windhoek. Email submissions will not be considered. The bidding document requires delivery within 30 days after the purchase order or acceptance.
