DESCRIPTION: Provision of catering services for 50 youth participating in Oshikoto regional youth horticulture training. Services include morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and still water at the Oshივelo Constituency office from 17–20 November 2026 and the Tsintsabis Constituency office from 24–27 November 2026. Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope; email submissions will not be considered.
