DESCRIPTION: Provision of accommodation facilities for students under the Division of Marginalised Communities, Office of the President, across 11 lots covering Windhoek, Walvis Bay, Eenhana, Ongwediva/Ondangwa/Oshakati, Katima Mulilo, Khorixas, Nkurenkuru, Tsumeb, Otjiwarongo, Gobabis and Rundu. The cover states a service period of 30 months from February 2027 to November 2029. Accommodation requirements include rooms, study furniture, cupboards, kitchen facilities and appliances, Wi-Fi, water and electricity; transport to and from institutions is optional.
