DESCRIPTION: Consulting engineering services for identification and prioritization of resurfacing projects throughout Namibia, including visual pavement condition assessments, pre-treatment identification, seal type selection, rejuvenation and seal designs, cost-benefit and life-cycle analysis, light rehabilitation designs for short sections, tender and contract documentation, contract administration, and site supervision. The procurement comprises Lot 1 covering Windhoek and Keetmanshoop Regions and Lot 2 covering Otjiwarongo, Oshakati and Rundu Regions. Only one lot may be awarded to any single consultant.
