DESCRIPTION: Stage one of a two-stage bidding process for construction of an agro-processing plant at the University of Namibia’s Katima Mulilo Campus in the Zambezi Region. Stage one evaluates technical capacity and qualifications only; financial proposals are not submitted or evaluated until stage two. The project is intended to take approximately four months (120 calendar days), excluding the builders’ holiday. No site meeting is scheduled; bidders may visit the site at their own risk and cost.

SUBMISSION LOCATION: Windhoek
DELIVERY ADDRESS: UNAM Main Campus, Tender Box, Administration Building, Ground Floor, 340 Mandume Ndemufayo Avenue, Windhoek. Bidders are instructed to complete the bid submission register with Security.
SITE MEETING / VISIT: No site meeting will be scheduled. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site at their own risk and cost.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The procurement process for the construction works of an Agro Processing Plant at Katima Mulilo Campus shall be conducted through a two-stage bidding process. The first stage will focus exclusively on the assessment of bidders’ technical capacity, experience, qualifications, methodology, and overall responsiveness to the requirements set out in this document. No financial proposals or pricing information shall be submitted or evaluated during this stage.
