Before you get started
Do I need to have an RFQ ready before I buy?
No. Your package is valid for 12 months, so you can secure the special rate now and use your RFQ credits as suitable opportunities arise.
What if my compliance documents are not ready yet?
You can still purchase your package. During onboarding we can identify the documents needed for future submissions. Each RFQ remains subject to its own requirements and closing date.
What counts as one RFQ?
One package credit covers one standard RFQ submission. Larger formal tenders, complex technical bids, substantial BOQs, specialist proposals or other unusually complex submissions are not RFQ credits and may require a separate quotation.
Is printing, packaging and submission included?
Yes, standard printing, packaging and submission are included. Exceptional courier, long-distance or special delivery requirements may need to be agreed separately.
Do you guarantee that my RFQ will be awarded?
No. UTS assists with opportunity identification, preparation and submission. Procurement decisions remain with the procuring institution and no award can be guaranteed.
