DESCRIPTION: Provision of catering services for Quarter 3 CDC, CDRMC and CACOC meetings to be held in Ncuncuni and Tondoro constituencies. Each bidder may be awarded catering services for one constituency only. The quotation covers lunch and refreshments, including specified meals, 330 ml cool drinks, 330 ml juice and 500 ml bottled water. The contract is based on fixed rates, with services to be completed within 10 days after receipt of the purchase order and quotations valid for 180 days from the submission deadline.
