DESCRIPTION: Framework agreement for laptop warranty, repair, maintenance, diagnostics, hardware replacement and incident-based technical support services for the Development Bank of Namibia’s laptop fleet for 24 months, on an ad hoc/as-required basis. The Bank uses HP ProBook laptops. Collection and delivery services are required within Windhoek.
