REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Nkurenkuru Town Council Hereby Invites Interested Businesses, Investors And Developers to Submit Proposals for the Lease And Development of Nkurenkuru Beach for a Period of Ten (10) Years. The Proposed Development May Include the Sale Of Beverages, Food and Liquor, Subject to Compliance With All Applicable Laws and Regulations.
DESCRIPTION: Request Proposals to Lease Nkurenkuru Beach for 10 Years.
INTERESTED BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS CONTAINING THE FOLLOWING:
- A Comprehensive Company Profile And Detailed Description of the Proposed Activities and Services.
- Environmental Management Measures Outlining How Cleanliness, Safety And Noise Control Will Be Maintained Within the Area.
- A Development Proposal Demonstrating how the Area Will Be Upgraded and Transformed Into a Suitable Waterfront Destination.
- The Proposed Lease Amount Payable To Nkurenkuru Town Council In Namibian Dollars for the Ten (10) Year Lease Period.
BIDDERS MUST ALSO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY DOCUMENTS:
- Valid Company Registration Certificate;
- Original Valid Good Standing Tax Certificate;
- Original Valid Good Standing Social Security Certificate;
- Certified Copy Of An Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate, Proof From the Employment Equity Commissioner Confirming that the Bidder is Not a Relevant Employer, or an Exemption Issued in Terms Of Section 42 of the Affirmative Action Act, 1998.
Interested Companies and Individuals are Hereby Requested to Submit their Proposals to the Council’s Office Building on or Before the 11th Of June 2026 At 11H00. No Late Proposals Will Be Accepted Neither to Be Considered. Address your Proposals to:
