REQUEST FOR COMPANY PROFILES
DESCRIPTION: Request for the Submission of Company Profiles for the Provision of Goods, Works and Services to the Agency
1. PURPOSE
To Obtain Company Profiles from Suppliers Interested in Conducting Business with the Council, in Respect of Needs in the Form of Goods and Services to Be Procured by the Council Regarding Supplying Goods and Services to be Procured Through the 2025/2026 Financial Year.
A. GOODS
- Supply of Stationery/General Office Supplies
- Supply of Scholar Patrol Bids and Caps
B. WORKS
- Plumbing (Fitting of Pipes and Related Maintenance Work)
- Renovation of the Office Building
- Supply of Electrical and Mechanical Services
- Aircon Replacement/Services
- Interlock Replacement
- Repair and Maintain the Motor Gate
C. CONSULTANCY SERVICES
- Secretarial and Minute Taking Services for Board Meetings
D. NON-CONSULTANCY SERVICES
- Supply of Air Tickets (Local and International)
- Supply and Installation of UPS
- Supply of Catering Services
- Car Rental
- Printing of Purchase Order Books, Trip Authorization Books, and Receipt Books.
3. TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EXERCISE, YOU SHOULD PROVIDE:
- Valid Company Registration Certificate;
- An Original Valid Good Standing Tax Certificate;
- An Original Valid Good Standing Social Security Certificate;
- A Valid Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate, Proof from the Employment Equity Commissioner that the Bidder is not a Relevant Employer or Exemption Issued in Terms of Section 42 of the Affirmative Action Act, 1998;
- A Certificate Indicating SME Status (if Applicable);
- Original Letter from the Bank Confirming Banking Details (Letter Should Be on Letterhead, Stamped and Signed by The Bank Official).
4. Kindly Note that Companies Expected to Submit Company Profiles Have the Above-Mentioned Goods/ Works/Services Listed on their Founding Statements/Company Registration Documents.
5. NATIONAL ROAD SAFETY COUNCIL SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO
(a) Ask for Clarifications at the Time of Evaluating Company Profiles;
(b) Reject All Company Profiles, if the Above-Mentioned is not Adhered to;
(c) Remove Non-Performing Suppliers from the List.
Submissions of Profiles Must Be Submitted in A Sealed Envelope, Hand-Delivered, or Courier to National Road Safety Council, C/o Harold Pupkewitz and Independence Avenue, Windhoek, Namibia for the Attention: Procurement Management Unit.
NB: No Faxed or Emailed Completed Documents are to be Submitted.
