REQUEST FOR COMPANY PROFILES
DESCRIPTION: Invitation for Submission of Company Profiles for Registration as Potential Suppliers for Goods, Works and Services
In Accordance with the Provisions of the Public Procurement Act and the Attendant Regulations, which Mandate Transparency, Fairness, Equity, Competition and Value for Money in Public Procurement Processes, the Office of the President Hereby Invites Interested Bidders or Companies to Submit their Company Profiles for Consideration and Registration in the Office Database of Potential Suppliers for Goods, Works, and Services.
This Exercise is Intended to Update and Strengthen the Office Database Register of Suppliers in Line with Statutory Requirements and Established Government Procurement Procedures.
Interested Companies are Requested to Submit Comprehensive Company Profiles Containing the Following Information and Documentation and Not Limited to:

Have Original or a Certified Copy of Valid Company Registration Certificate;

Have an Original or a Certified Copy of a Valid Good Standing Tax Certificate;

Have an Original or a Certified Copy of a Valid Good Standing Social Security Certificate;

Have a Valid Certified Copy of Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate or Proof from Employment Equity Commissioner that bidder is Not a Relevant Employer, or Exemption Issued in Terms of Section 42 of the Affirmative Action Act, 1998;

Have a Certificate Indicating SME for SMEs;

Company VAT Registration (where Applicable);

Current Business Physical Address, Contacts Details and Email Address;

Company Ownership Structure and Details of Key Management Personnel;

Areas of Specialization (clearly Indicating Categories: (Goods, Works, Consultancy Services, Non-Consultancy Services)

Evidence of Relevant Experience and Reference Letters for Similar Assignments;

Any Other Statutory or Regulatory Certifications Relevant to the Nature of Business
Submission of the Above Documentations Shall Not Constitute Prequalification, Shortlisting, or Award of Contract, but Will Form the Basis for Consideration in Future Procurement Opportunities as Provided for Under the Public Procurement Act and Regulations and Company(ies) is / are Subjected for Vetting.

Completed Profiles Clearly Marked “Submission of Company Profile Should Be Submitted in Sealed Envelopes and Delivered To:
Office of the President, Main Gate no 1, Engelbert Street, Auasblick, Windhoek
Profiles by Post or Hand Delivered Should Reach the Same Address by the Same Date and Time, Late Submissions Will Be Rejected.
